With so much activity and multiple artwork contributors across the system, it's important that managers have easy access to key performance indicators, statistics and reports. That's why we've built multi-level management reporting into the core of healthcentrix.
Senior managers and administrators can manage the integrity of the system via artwork and user reports. Activity reports display all artwork generated within the system, including when they were generated, who they were generated by and the contact details for each author. The user privilege report provides information relating to which permissions or privileges each user has within the system.
By making use of the report builder functionality administrators can define customised reports, enabling reports to be generated that are specific and accurate for quick and easy analysis or troubleshooting purposes. Custom reports can be saved on the system for future use meaning they only have to be set up once and re-run when necessary. Additionally senior managers or administrators can set the criteria of the report themselves and delegate it to lower level users to run and analyse. The user can decide in what format they would like the report to be supplied, the unicode option is in text only format but retains all special language characters. Alternatively the information can be supplied in Excel CSV format allowing the administrator to utilise the functions of Excel for more in depth analysis of the data.
