With healthcentrix you have full control over who can create and publish your marketing collateral. healthcentrix gives system administrators the power to regulate each authors permissions and assign them either creation, editing or read only rights.
Within healthcentrix all users access a common artwork repository and see the artwork that they have the permission to see. The repository has two levels:
Based on their permissions each author can access the artwork that they have the rights to view. High level administrators can have access to create unlimited “master artwork”, once created local authors can view the master artwork and then create a local version to customise. healthcentrix permissions assist your organisation in maintaining the integrity of your master artwork, whilst giving local authors the power to create local variations specific to their needs.
