All images and logos are stored in the healthcentrix image manager giving you full control over your brand identity. Images and logos can be preloaded and assigned to categories allowing you to control not only which authors can use the images, but also which images can be used in each type of marketing collateral.
Site administrators have the power to populate the image manager with a range of images that can then be accessed by authors for use in poster, brochures, letterhead, business cards and reports. Any change made to an image in the image manager will automatically be reflected in all artwork that uses that image. This functionality allows you to ensure that all material produced in the system is fresh and up-to-date with your current brand.
With healthcentrix site administrators have full control to:
Upload images
Provide an image name
Provide an image description
Associate the image with any number of image categories thereby assigning which authors can access the images for use in artwork production
Activate/de-activate the image
Delete the image
Browse, locate and edit images
