At EIBS we understand the need to ensure your communications material is always available in its most current format, that’s why we designed healthcentrix to easily respond to changes in your corporate branding, saving time, money and resources.
Unlike most Document Management Systems, healthcentrix does not store complete documents in their final format. Each time a document is viewed or downloaded healthcentrix collects the various components of the design from the image library & content database then re-assembles them to create a complete document. If any changes need to be made to images, logos or corporate colours they only need to be changed once in the image library and the change will be reflected in all documents using the asset. So whether you have 1, 10 or 100s of documents that all use a certain asset, they will all change instantly once a new version of the asset is uploaded.
The dynamic nature of the system saves vast amounts of time, speeding the workflow process up considerably and removing any doubt with regards to whether your communication material adheres to your corporate guidelines.
